PolyI:C is a very good stimulator of IFN A/B in macrophages and fibroblasts. Use it at 10-20 ug/ml, and it kicks butt. As for mAbs against IFN, try Accurate Antibodies. They offer Abs against mouse and human. Jay Mone'
