Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone of you could give me an idea about the number of
MHC class I molecules at the surface of a somatic cell, i.e. the total
number of MHC-peptide complexes that is present at the surface. I realise
that there is a variability depending on the specific cell-type one is
working with, but I am looking for an order of magnitude or if possible even
a range.
Thanks in advance
