Does anyone know anything about the pSV7d vector? More specifically, is
this a high copy number plasmid or a low copy number plasmid. Molecular
Probes sells an expression vector for aequorin utilizing this plasmid;
however, they cannot tell me whether it is a high copy number plasmid or
a low copy number plasmid. Any help would be much appreciated.
