I only know about a piece of ancient freeware, but it's Mac only. I guess
you can still run it on a Mac OS 6.x system, so you could (theoretically)
download that Mac simulator for Windows (time-limited demo), and run a
couple of predictions before the thing expires.

I won't send you the epitope prediction app through usenet, but anyone
interested in obtaining a copy can send me a personal e-mail request.
