Teaching videos

Dear All,
        I am investigating immunology teaching videos for medical
students. 
They do a relatively compressed course (12 lectures, 6 practical
classes).  The only one I am familiar with is "Immunology in Focus,
1994).  The class text is at the "Essential Immunology" Roitt, level.
        Does anyone have experience with other products?
