I was thinking about how some animals carry some of the same bacteria that produce toxins that actually destroy the tract. Namely the Ecoli toxins, then I thought about something, anti-venom, consistently requires building up the immunity of an animal, against the snake venom.
When the cattle are the carriers of the Ecoli that causes theses symptoms blood in the stool, kidney failure, etc... Now shouldn't the carriers in the animals that do carry this form of Ecoli be resistant to the toxins that it produces? Aren't they carrying the anti toxin, that could block the more advanced stages of the infection long enough to save the patient? The carriers of bacteria that produce toxins must contain some form of defense against protein digesting enzymes, and re-agents.
Then I stopped myself, and thought again. Now, if there were a complete spectral analysis done of every different form of protein in the human body, and all of the enzymes, and digestive agents, and re-agents are accounted for as well as every protein that the body uses, and produces. Any enzyme, digestive agents, or re-agents that are active outside of those that the human body uses, or can, or would effect those that the human body uses or manufactures, could be an effective cure for any other protein contained in a bacterium, virus, toxin, or enzyme that is working against the human system that contains proteins, enzymes, or re-agents that are alien to the human system. By targeting what the human body doesn't use, with what won't effect it, from all biological sources. Anywhere that a enzyme, digestive agent, or re-agent is at work that specifically attracts any group of proteins that are not a part of the human system could be the weak point for any other system that invades the human system. Listing, and cataloging these are of a high priority, and I am asking those researchers who do read this to consider posting their results concerning the lists of new discoveries somewhere practical.
