I am trying to develop some type of protocol for antigen retrieval on formalin
fixed, paraffin embedded sections. There seem to be so many different
approaches and solutions being used... Does anyone any have recommendations on
favorite methods?
Where I should start?
I am trying to stain for the following antibodies, which have been undetectable
so far in
known positive control tissues: H2-K, CD28, CD86 (B7-2), CD119 (IFNgamma
Receptor alpha chain).
I'd be VERY appreciative of any direction you could give...
