T lymphocytes body distribution

Could anybody help me ??
I'd like to evaluate the number of T lymphocytes in total body (not only
in blood but also in the tissues)in steady state conditions.
Do informations exist about T lymphocytes turn over (birth and death
rates..)or distribution and where could I find them ?
