Bone Marrow stromal cell culture

Dear all,
	I have not had much luck with growing bone marrow stromal cells from
frozen patient samples.  I would really appreciate if anyone could
provide tricks or hints as to how to treat those cells for cell culture
purpose.  I have try to quick thaw them and dilute them in media very
quickly and spin them down at high speed for 2 minutes.  However they
are still stuck together and majority of them died.
