dendritic cells again

In our laboratory we are attempting to enrich lymph node
cell suspensions for dendritic cells. Thus far we have 
been unable to obtain a satisfactory yield. Does anybody
have any idea as to the optimum cell concentration and 
volume to load on to nycodenz density gradient
centrifugation columns? Also does anybody have any
thoughts on the benefits or disadvantages of the 
inclusion of EDTA as an anti-clumping agent?
