My father suffers from Werlhof's disease (idiopathic thrombocytopenic
purpura).
The number of platellets in his blood is under treatment with
transfusion of
platelets and gammaglobulin (IVIgG) 9 * 10^9 per liter.
My questions to the imminology community are:
(1) Where can we find the state of the art knowledge about this disease

(2) Who has this disease and would like to share experiences ?
(3) Who is doing kinetics, and knows or has got ideas about the kinetic
of the
destroyment of the thrombocyts ?
