Is spleen cell could be long-term cultured without interleukin?

I just have started long-term culture of mouse spleen cell for
Ag-specific T cell cloning.

Without any cytokine and in presence of Ag-conjugated spleen cell,
cultured cells

were died out within 1 week. The culture media was complete RPMI1640
with 10% FBS.
