anti-human-IFN-alpha-antibody

Hello !
I am looking for a monoclonal antibody, biotinylated or Fitc- or
PE-conjugated, against human interferon-alpha, usable for intracellular
staining in flow cytometry. In addition, it would be very helpful to
know  how you stimulated the cells for intracellular staining of type I
interferons. Is it sufficient to employ NDV or would you suggest to use
IFN or/and GM-CSF additionally?  Many thanks in advance for any helpful
comment or advice.
