neutralising cytokines with antibodies

Dear Sir/Madam

For my research work on proliferation of T lymphocytes, I want to see the
effect of different cytokines by blocking them with anti cytokine
antibodies.  Inspite of searching several sites, I couldn't get the
methodology, ( amounts, concentrations) etc., I would be grateful if you can
e-mail me some advice on the methodologies.
