Dear sir! I have maked a fusion protein(cytokine-IgM).But the fusion protein is unstable(hexamer or pentamer -->degraded in monomer).I think that unstable problem is occour from nature structure of IgM.Because cytokine-IgG fusion protein is stable.How to solve this problem. Thank you.
