Hi Kim,

CD11c is found on ALL monocyte derived cells.  When you do what you are
doing you are selecting more than likely for the macrophages. If your
ultimate goal is to add TNF-alpha/IL-4 or GM-CSF to generate DC you are on
the correct tract. If you believe they are only DC being isolated, try
again.
