EBV-LCL as APC

Hi, there!

I hope to generate allergen-specific human T cell clones.

So I use autologous EBV-LCL (not PBMC) as antigen presenting cells.

I wonder it is possible to use EBV-LCL (irradiated with 5000 rad.) as
APC.
