I have a trial for transient transfection to ATL-16T cell-line by the
electroporation.
But it is in vain. So I wish to know about the "cationic polymer" to use to
transfect the DNA(plasmid) to cultured ATL-16T.
Do you know the best reagent to achieve this work ?
