Dear Luc,
It is not possible to answer you without knowing which peptide you want to
use. In principal, some peptides are very good in inducing antibodies. I would
first try to inject the peptide alone, but in an adjuvant, like CFA or Alum.
If this does not work, you can try to couple it to BSA or KLH.
