Does anyone know or experince what is good and what is bad combination of
promter and polyA sequence for expression?
Commerical availave vector contains SV40 promoter-SV40 polyA, CMV
promoter-bGH(bovine Growth Hormone) polyA, etc. I'm planning to construct
plasmids one of which contains SRalpha promoter-bGH polyA and another
EF1(Elongation Factor-1) promoter-bGH polyA. I hope these combinations
would work well, but does anyone have any suggestions and comments? Please
let me know.
