Hello,
I am interested in specific protocols about deglycosilation. We have a
soluble recombinant protein with 6 potential N linked sugars and
probably 1 or 2 O linked sugars. I want to have the soluble protein if
possible completely without glycosilation. We have already used
N-glycosidase-F but still ended up with 2 protein bands.
I hope someone can help me,
