I have been studying the intracellular localization of a gene using GFP
protein chimeras. In transient transfectants (HeLa cells) I observe
cytoplasmic vesicular localization. In stable HeLa transfectants the
protein localises in the Golgi. Which of the two is correct ?
Can anyone please help me on this ?
