we are trying to establish an elisa to measure the iga level in
intestinal wahings of mice. but unfortunately we measure levels 50 times
lower than expected.
so we suppose that our detection antibody (specific for kappa light
chain) might be wrong.
does anyone know something about iga - elisa and about the kappa-lambda
ratio in the intestine of mice?
