Dear all,
We are trying to label cells for immunofluorescence that have taken
up FITC-dextran by endocytosis . The problem is that any aqueous medium
leaches out the FITC-dextran. Is anyone aware of a fixative (perhaps a
cross-linker?) or fixation protocol that will prevent this loss?
