I am trying to get some background in vaccine discovery and understand
new trends in the area.
Specifically, what research mode is dominant and what is emerging in
drug discovery - eg brute force screening, high throughput screening,
protein structure/function analysis? Also, is there anything different
about pre-clinical work in vaccines vs therapeutics?
I would greatly appreciate 1) Any comments on the topic, 2) Any
references to relevant surveys.
