alpha TNF and activation.

Hello, I am working with CD8 T lymphocytes. I know that secretion of
alpha TNF is an activation marker for that cells. I would like to know
if  CD8 T cells  secret alpha TNF when they are activated with a mytogen
like Phytohemagglutinin (PHA-L) .
