Peptide Re-stimulation in CTL assay

We are doing peptide stimulation of CTL precursors and some colleagues
suggested to use also IL2 (10 u/ml) during re-stimulation.  Could you 
give me other opinions about that. There is other immunomodulator 
that should be use to expand the specific clones. Any suggestion 
will be appreciated.
