II, Auli Toivanen and Paavo Toivanen (eds.) CRC Press, Inc. Boca Raton,
Florida.
There is at least one chapter that describes T-lymphocytes where RBCs were
removed by percoll density differences.
Personal note - the Internet is a wonderful resource but it still does not
compare to the wealth of words in print - books, journals, magazines. When
in doubt, visit the library FIRST then visit the 'Net...in the long run it
will make you a better scientist.
