The human cytokine gene alignment web page has now been updated and can
be found at:
http://www.pam.bris.ac.uk/services/cytokine.htm
This site contains alignments of human cytokine genes as annotated text
files and MACAW data files. The MACAW data files can be viewed with the
MACAW alignment package which is available from this site or at the NIH
FTP server at: ftp://ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pub/macaw.
The updated site now also contains a list of published cytokine gene
polymorphisms.
