development milestones

I am doing some research on milestones in drug/vaccine discovery,
development, submission and approval, e.g. for drug/vaccine XYZ: initial
clinical trial start date, FDA filing date, approval date, patent
extension filing, etc.  

Any idea on what or who can be a good source?
