What about other types of cytotoxicity assays. We have begun to experiment
with Polly Matzinger's JAM assay in which you label the target cells with
3H-thymidine. Who else uses this assay routinely? So far we haven't gotten
the assay to work, although I cannot discount ineptitude at this point, and
we are waiting for some tumor lines to arrive.
