NEN Flasplate - 3H-thymidine on suspension cells - how to ?

I want to replace my "old" 3H-tdr assay using vials, filters etc..
One possibility could be flashplates, but it is only recomended for
adherent cells since the ENERGY OF 3H is low. The cells must be in close
contact to the bottom of the flashplates.

Does anyone have experience with suspension cells ?

For example centrifugation of the cells to ensure close contact to the
bottom or coating the bottom with poly-l-lysine or other agents which
ensures the contact.

Yours
