I am trying to assess NK cell activity and ADCC in pregnancy associated
jaundice samples. Due to some practical difficulties it is not possible to
proceed for the experiment same day and I separate PBMCs and put them for
assays next day. But activity I have been getting is too low. between 59 to
100LU as compared to fresh PBMCs. What is the expected activity in one day
old PBMCs and frozen frozen-thawed PBMCs
