Hi all,
I am doing expts. on spleenocyte proliferation in response to antigens
and would like to know some good, working protocols for the same. If
anybody can give me some idea about these it would be highly appreciated
. It would be better if the protocols are safe (possibly
non-radioactive), affordable and less time-consuming.
