Histocompatibility testing

Hello,
I'm in a bit of a bind. We are setting up an MHC typing
study using PCR-based approach (phototyping, tissue antigens, 1995,
46:355-). All the papers that deal with PCR-SSP or PCR-followed by SSOP
mention that control homozygous cell lines with defined haplotypes are
used to validate the test. But there has never been a statement
regarding where these cells can be obtained. I've emailed the last
histocompatibility workshop secretary without much success. Does anyone
know where these test cells can be obtained or are there human cell lines
from atcc (also called them) that have known haplotypes?

THANX
MARKH
