Hi: Sorry, I can't answer this particular question. However, I would like
totake issue with the statement that mice several months old are equivalent
to human geriatrics and immunosenescent. In my hands 2+ year old mice seem at
least as immunocompetent as 8 week old mice, at least in terms of their
ability to cope with experimental infections with a variety of bacterial
pathogens.
