Sarah-
I don't know wht type of assay you are planning on running, but usually, if you
coat overnight at 4degrees in 1xPBS or Borate at a concentration of 2ug/ml,
depending upon what type of assay it is, that will be sufficient. Also, don't
forget to block with 1%bsa or milk before you add the supernatants or samples
to eliminate any non-specific signal. Good luck and please don't hesitate to
