Does anyone know how to assess the purity of an LPS prep.?
Can you just run a gel or are there other methods available.
Also, does anyone have experience with differernt methods of LPS
extraction.?
Nothing like chromatography of crystallography availble, I just need a
fairly pure
prep using chemical methods and centrifugation.
