Our lab is trying to find an efficient method to purify B cell populations
from the spleen using magnetic beads or panning techniques. Is there an easy
way to get rid of the myeloid cell populations? (we have found that
macrophages make up only a small percentage of this cell population and
using Ab to select them out would not increase the B cell purity
significantly). Thanks.
