Dear Immunologists,
I plan to generate a polyclonal peptide antibody
against a human cytosolic protein. Traditionally
we have done it by coupling 20 aa peptides to
KLH.
Has the multiple antigenic peptide strategy
proven more successful IN REAL LAB LIFE
than the traditional approach with peptide
couplling to KLH.
I am glad about any hint or remark on this subject.
