Hello everybody,
I am looking for information concerning the transfection of mouse T
cells (either
fresh or hybridoma T) with the Transfection kit Fugene 6 from
Boehringer. We have
tried with ratio DNA/Fugene of 1:1 and 1:3 without success, and with
cells concentration of 2.10+5 and 5.10+5. The construction we
transfected contains the EGFP gene in front of a CMV promoter. By FACS,
no transfected cells could be detected. Has anybody succeeded in
transfecting mouse T cells with this kit? With which conditions?
