1) HBsAg positive patient does not produce Anti-HBsAg necessarily, at
least in most of the cases. There are some people could produce
anti-HBsAg with a better expectation.
2) The patient should test about HBc-Ab, HBe-Ag and HBe-Ab as well.
Normally, they should take the liver funtion test periodly. Also, they
should avoid alcohol drinks and smoking. Their spouse should also take
the HBsAg test periodly.
