Can apoptotic cells represent "danger" to the immune system?

Ill have to go look at the paper about x-priming but5 from what i 
understand polly matzingers hypothesis supports the idea that apoptotic 
cells do not recruit or activate APC's since the regularly dying 
apoptotic cells are not dangerous.
