Hi ! We work in an Immunobiology lab in Milan, and we're trying to make up some ELISpot protocols. We are finding some difficulties in obtaining spots on plastic plates and in evaluating spots... Can you tell us something about these problems ? Pleeeeease... :-))) Thank you !
