I would think 1.36 (for publication purposes). These things are all relative.
Unless your protein is 100% pure it is only a good estimate anyhow

I think you can use 1.36 as the extinction coefficient. I did not think
the species from which the anibody was derived matter. I will be currious
to hear other opinons on this.
