In the last week or so, we starting using a new lot of EIA plates. We are
now seeing some bizaar results on some, no all, of the plates. That is, we
get little and usually no reactivty in the first 4 columns. Then, with
columns 5 or 6, we see full color development. We are not seeing this as a
consistent pattern on all plates. I am aware of the "edge effect." But,
this is much odder to me. Has anyone seen this before? Do you have any
recommnedations for determining what is causing this effect.
