EIA Plate Problem

I am using Nunc's Maxisorb plates.

I have a lttle more information on this. There is a Corning/Costar
facility near here and I called them about this problem. (Eventhough I was
not using one of their plates, they were very forthcoming with ideas.)
Apparently, each Nunc plate is injected via three ports. (Corning has only
one port, by the way.) So it is possible that one third of the plate could
behave differently than the other two-thirds and it could be due to the way
that one third had been injected. Any comments on this hypothesis?

Thanks
