My question is regarding fusion in between SP/2o and mouse spleenocytes. I
have noticed some protocols use RPMI 1640 medium and some use DMEM-20 medium
from Gibco. Is there a reason to use certain medium? If you have any idea
please let me know. It will be helpful.
