Hello everybody,
I did a vaccine experiment (MoAb + CFA/IFA) on a group of C57/B6 CD8
deficient mice. 30 days after the first injection, I removed the lymph nodes.
I was surprised to find few lymphocytes compared to I found before in regular
B6 mice after the same sckedule of immunization. Does anybody have an idea
about that? Is it normal to have a low count of lymphocytes in lymph nodes of
CD8 -/- mice? What about the spleen?
