injection from one instead from usually changes molded in stress in the
plates, I have not heard of it effecting the binding factor. Have you
considered using filter bottom plates know as Elispot, T Spot, Immunospot
etc. These have PVDF or Nitrocellulose membranes.
Please advise type of plate you are having problem with ?
